Sunday brunch, revisited

The real deal, this time, for K and I - omelette, bacon, sausages, baby potatoes and mushrooms sautéed with chorizo. I don't think I'll be eating too much for the rest of the day! And I've got to leave for work in a few minutes! And it's still bloody raining!

Love & best wishes to all

  1. Aren't sausage and chorizo the same thing? "Chorizo" is Spanish for "sausage".

Still, GREAT BREAKFAST!!! Bacon, sausage (in any form) and potatoes and mushrooms? YUMMY!!!!

You can cook for me ANY DAY!!!!

    Peace <3

    1. Hello Jay
Chorizo is a specific type of Spanish sausage, cured with paprika or similar, and which is excellent to cook with. Lots of nice meaty juices to mix with whatever other ingredients you use it with, in this case the mushroom and potato stir fry. And you're more than welcome to take your life in your hands and sample my cooking, should the opportunity arise!

    2. Oh yes, I know! My favorite Mexican dish is pollo con chorizo! And potatoes and mushrooms are two of my favorite things to use in a special meal (or any meal).

I hope I have that chance! Thinking late September! Will keep you informed!

    3. Hello Jay
If you do make it over later in the year, it would certainly be good to see you again. Here's hoping!
