I'd like to say thank you to those who've responded to my post of yesterday - I'm really grateful for your interesting observations. One of the responses came by e-mail, for reasons of the privacy of the person concerned, so I'd like to say that if anyone else would rather comment in the same way, that's absolutely fine, and I'll reply to any e-mails I receive.
